Our venue is equipped with everything you need, from rooms with plenty of natural light to cozy spaces for food and activities. Rates:

Hourly: $80 (min 3 hours booking for parties)

Complimentary 30 minutes set up before your booking time (subject to availability)

Any last-minute extensions (informed during the event day itself): additional $60 per 30 minutes
Maximum recommended number of pax: 35

Terms & Conditions:
Booking confirmation:

50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance payment is required 14 days before the event date.

Rescheduling may be requested at least 14 days in advance of the event, subject to availability of the dates.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking - Full Refund.

Cancellations made 14 or less days before the event - 50% Refund.

Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee:
-
A refundable security deposit of $150 is required upon booking of the venue to cover any unforeseen incidents that result in damages to the venue.

Any missing/damage to facilities, equipment or furniture in the venue, the deposit fee will be deducted as replacement fees, and Oasis Tots reserves the right to recover the total cost if the security deposit is insufficient to cover it.

The deposit will be returned after your event concludes, processed within 7-10 working days after your event.

A $60 cleaning fee is applicable to every booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue is not returned in a reasonable condition.
House Rules:

Kindly comply with the no footwear policy within the premises. Please make use of the shoe racks located at the entrance.

Decorations must not damage the venue. Only blu tack, masking tape or other adhesives that do not leave a residue can be used.

Use of super glue, nails or strong mounting tapes that may damage surfaces during setup are not allowed.

No smoking, e-cigarette or use of vapes within the premises.

Please refrain from excessively loud music, shouting, or rowdy behaviour. All activities should be confined within the event space.

Any delivery or catering services must be delivered within the timeslot of your event.

Early entry to the venue prior to the complimentary 30 minutes given before the booking start time or further extension beyond your booking end time will be chargeable in 30 minute blocks.

Please sweep up any debris such as food crumbs and clean up any liquid spills to avoid lasting stains on furniture or flooring.

Please remove and properly dispose of all decorations, props and food brought in.

Before leaving, kindly clear and dispose of all trash in the main rubbish bin found outside.

Return all furniture to their original positions by the end of the booking.

Please ensure that all air-cons and lights are switched off and the main door is securely shut upon leaving.

Oasis Tots is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the event. Please ensure all belongings have been taken when returning the space.
