Who We Serve
We warmly welcome children aged 18 months and above who are temporarily unable to attend their regular childcare centres or schools.

Our core mission is to support busy parents by offering reliable alternative care when the unexpected happens. As working parents ourselves, we understand how challenging it can be to manage sudden disruptions while balancing work and daily responsibilities.

What We Provide
At Oasis Tots, we believe each day should be both peaceful and enjoyable for your child. They’ll have the opportunity to take part in engaging, age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and other child-initiated experiences.

While we focus on creating a stimulating and nurturing environment, we also recognize the importance of rest. If your child needs a little downtime, they are welcome to relax and recharge in our cozy and quiet nap bay.

Admission Process
When you arrive, our friendly staff will warmly welcome your child and carry out a brief assessment to better understand their current condition and needs. During this time, parents will be asked to complete the necessary documentation and care instructions.

Based on the outcome of the assessment, your child will be comfortably settled into a room that best suits their individual needs or symptoms, ensuring personalized attention and care.
Even though our team consists of experienced nurses, we do not provide medical services beyond the administering of prescribed medication and basic first aid.

We do not take in children diagnosed with highly-contagious diseases, such as:
​
• Severe stomach flu/gastroenteritis symptoms (vomiting and diarrhoea)
• COVID positive cases
• Influenza
• Chicken pox
• Measles
